FTC a été créé en 2018, avec pour seul objectif de produire une pantomime bilingue. La population locale s'est réunie pour y arriver, et en 2019, la pantomime a été jouée devant un public de près de 700 personnes pendant deux nuits.
L'enthousiasme de nos membres et du public était si grand que nous avons planifié de futures productions. Nous avons joué une courte pièce lors d'un festival en plein air et nous avons commencé à travailler sur une soirée de meurtre et de mystère (une pièce de théâtre et un repas). Juste une semaine avant notre soirée d'ouverture, le pays a été verrouillé en raison de Covid 19 - d'où les annulations.
Mais nous avons produit une autre pièce en décembre 2021, une pièce (en deux langues) en novembre 2022 et un sketch bilingue pour le téléthon de décembre 2022 à Passias. Notre prochaine grande production fut notre pantomime Cendrillon en mars 2023, puis notre présentation de 3 sketches au téléthon 2023.
Plus récemment, nous avons uni nos forces avec Gorron Danse pour produire une présentation bilingue unique de 1001 nuits
FTC was established in 2018, with the sole purpose of producing a bilingual pantomime. Local people came together to make it happen, and in 2019, the pantomime was performed in front of an audience of nearly 700 over two nights.
The enthusiasm of our members and the public was so great that we planned future productions. We performed a short play at an outdoor festival and started working on an evening of murder mystery (a play and a meal). Just a week before our opening night, the country was locked down due to Covid 19 - hence the cancellations.
But we produced another play in December 2021, a play (in two language versions) in November 2022, and a dual-language sketch for the December 2022 téléthon in Passias. Our next big production was our pantomime Cinderella in March 2023, and then our 3-sketch presentation at the 2023 telethon.
Most recently, we joined forces with Gorron Danse to produce a unique, bilingual presentation of 1001 Nights
