Lors de notre dernière AG, Anna a présenté le projet de pantomime pour 2027. Pour finaliser le script, Anna a besoin de vous. Vous voulez être actrice, acteur ? Alors dites-le nous - en retournant le formulaire d’inscription ou directement par mail à contact@funtheatre.fr - avant le 31 juillet 2026, pour une présentation du script en octobre 2026.

LA PANTOMIME

Nous serons donc à la cour du Roi Arthur !

Où ? Ainsi les lieux sont tout trouvés : le château de Domfront, la Table du Diable et Bonvouloir en Forêt d’Andaine. Passais et le roi Arthur sont liés ? Probablement pas. Mais c’est un merveilleux, fantastique point de départ.

Quand ? Dans un ancien Moyen Age, féerique et forcément romancé.

Qui ? La légende arthurienne est multiple. L’imprudente Yseult qui se fera kidnapper par son mari le roi Marc alors qu’elle savoure du temps avec son amant Tristan qui demande alors de l’aide aux chevaliers du roi Arthur. Mais sans magie, rien n’est possible en théâtre. C’est là qu’interviennent Merlin et Viviane. Il y aura un méchant géant, des fées, des dragons, des animaux, de la danse… bref : 7 scènes, 5 lieux et pour l’instant 26 personnages.

At our last AGM, Anna presented the pantomime project for 2027. To finalise the script, Anna needs your help. Would you like to be an actress or an actor? If so, please let us know – by returning the registration form or emailing contact@funtheatre.fr directly – by 31 July 2026, so that the script can be presented in October 2026. Thank you to those who have already handed in their forms or replied.

THE PANTOMIME

So we’ll be at King Arthur’s court!

Where? The locations are obvious: Domfront Castle, the Table du Diable and Bonvouloir in the Forest of Andaine. Are Passais and King Arthur connected? Probably not. But it’s a wonderful, fantastical starting point.

When? In a bygone Middle Ages, magical and inevitably romanticised.

Who? The Arthurian legend is rich and varied. The reckless Yseult, who is kidnapped by her husband King Marc whilst she is spending time with her lover Tristan, who then calls on King Arthur’s knights for help. But without magic, nothing is possible in theatre. That’s where Merlin and Viviane come in. There will be a wicked giant, fairies, dragons, animals, dancing… in short: 7 scenes, 5 locations and, for the moment, 26 characters.
